Shipping

If your sample collection kit was shipped directly to you from Nordic Laboratories, it will contain all the return shipping documents required.


  • -Shipping label/Waybill (from either UPS or DHL, depending on your region)

  • -Commercial/customs documents (if you are shipping from outside of the European Union)


  • If your collection kit was given to you by your practitioner, you should follow the provided instructions to acquire a waybill.

  • if you cannot locate the documents or are having difficulty aquiring a waybill, please contact shipping@nordicgroup.eu before producing your sample.


Shipping Label/Waybill

Waybills can expire, they have a validity from print date: UPS=180 days DHL=360 days.

If your shipping documents are no longer valid IMMEDIATELY contact shipping@nordicgroup.eu Please provide your name/patient name, order number (beginning with TST-....-........) , address and telephone number.

  • If your order consists of multiple tests and collection kits, you will have been allotted one (1) return shipping only. In most cases it is reasonable and possible to return all samples in a single shipment.

  • If this is not possible, you can purchase additional shipping documents by contacting our support team shipping@nordicgroup.eu Please provide your name/patient name, order number (beginning with TST-....-........) , address and telephone number.



Preparing for shipping

Your sample MUST be placed inside the box(es) provided with your sample collection kits.  International regulations require human specimens be transported in the appropriate packaging.  Failure to package parcels correctly as per the instructions can result in samples being returned to you,  in this event, provision of replacement sample collection kits and any associated shipping costs will be billed to you.


Once your sample is prepared and ready to ship, you should follow the instructions provided to schedule a collection


  • DHL - In UK and some other regions calls to DHL are on premium numbers


UPS - In USA/CA, you can deliver your parcel to your nearest UPS Store


Be aware that while drivers will make every effort to collect within the scheduled timeframe, collection times cannot be guaranteed, as drivers may be affected by traffic, weather, volume, or other factors beyond anyone’s control. If the pick up is delayed until next day, please ensure you store the samle according to the instructions.


How to order DHL pickup online:

  • Go to: https://mydhl.express.dhl/
  • Select your country
  • Here you can select to "Schedule a Pickup",
  • Do you need to create a shipping label? select "NO"
  • Select: I have a DHL waybill number
  • Enter 10 digit waybill number (on waybill below one of the barcodes), enter telephone number and follow the online process. 
    • (telephone number field is a bit tricky too, as you need to select the country code, and then enter the rest of the number as you would usually dial from your home country. And then it may ask you to enter /edit phone number a second time)
  • When prompted about weight and dimensions, enter 0.5kg and 10cmx15cmx15cm
  • Select appropriate time for collection

Complete the online form
(Your 18 digit waybill number will start with “1ZE8J389……….)
